Ive lost myself a few times, when I don't believe in myself I usually try to remember how long I've made it, no matter what's happened along the way. I try my best to write out some of what's on my mind and take walks or a bike ride to let the rest go. If I had someone I would talk to them even if its just about the tv. I think about the reasons why I started in the first place, why I want to get better. I cry, eat and sleep. I go sit in the park. I draw out feelings. I pull out positive aspects
that’s so positive and inspiring to me, you work so hard to keep it going, and that to me is incredible.
if we were a couple, we could:
- eat pizza together (=^w^=)
- have a movie marathon (.❂‿❂.)
- hold hands (｡◡‿◡｡)
- star gaze (▰˘◡˘▰)
- kiss (• ε •)
- take lots of pictures v(｡◕w◕｡v)
- play video games (✿◠‿◠)
- tell each other how cute we are (●´ω｀●)
- sing really loud in public (. ◕ o ◕.)
- sing really loud in private (─‿‿─)
- bake lots of cookies and cakes (˙❀‿❀˙)

In order to find that you need to think back to the times when you new you could do it, remember what it was you held on to and focused on or find new ones. Make a list. Clear your head. It may not be easy but I promise you its possible and worth it. I have my own ways but it would help your recovery to discover yourself. I know you'll find a way.
